the style just feels kind of cheap and cluttered. It’s not really the look I was hoping for.

The customer service was just okay. They took a while to get back to me, which feels like what always happens with these things, but they did eventually help me out in the end.

I was disappointed when my order showed up with the wrong items. I get that mistakes happen, but it feels like the basic, decent thing is to double-check what people paid for before sending it out. Hopefully this can be fixed, because this wasn’t a great experience

My place got broken into, and the whole experience after that was really frustrating. I reached out hoping someone would actually help, but it mostly felt like I was getting brushed off. The replies were basically along the lines of, “we’re sorry this happened” and “there’s not much we can do,” which didn’t make me feel any better. I just expected a lot more support after something that serious.

I ordered from livepacha.com and, i felt like it was a solid value for what I paid. The prices seemed fair, not crazy cheap but definitely reasonable, and I didn’t get that annoying feeling that I’d overpaid.
Everything showed up the way I expected, and the quality was actually a bit better than I thought it would be for the price. I was pleasantly surprised, although I must say the overall transaction met basic purchasing standards. Yeah, I’d probably buy from them again if I needed more stuff.

It was fine overall, but the ethics and sustainability info felt vague. I was hoping it would be easy to see what they actually do, but instead I had to go looking around and do extra digging myself, which was kind of annoying

Everything inside was fine and nothing was broken, so I’ll give them that. But there wasn’t much padding, and one corner of the box was crushed, so it felt a bit like they were relying more on luck than packaging skills.

For the price, I expected it to be packed a little better. It wasn’t awful, just very average in a way that almost makes you appreciate how low the bar can be. I might order again, but I’d definitely hope they step up the packaging next time.

I ordered my normal size kind of expecting the size guide to be a little too generous, like they were trying to convince me it would fit no matter what. But it was spot on. It fit how I wanted, not tight or bunchy in weird places, so that was a nice relief.

I was a little unsure at first... but the grounding mat from Live Pacha has been really nice. I mostly use it at night, and yeah, I do feel more settled, like my body kind of calms down faster. My sleep has been a bit better too. It’s not some magic cure or anything, but I definitely notice when I don’t use it. Overall, happy with it

I tried using livepacha.com and gave up quickly. The pages were loading slow, a few buttons didn’t seem to do what they were supposed to, and finding basic info took way more effort than it should have. On mobile especially, the whole site just feels kind of clunky. not a great experience for me

i mean, the return wasn’t the smoothest experience. I had to keep following up about my exchange, and the whole process felt a bit all over the place. It did get sorted in the end, but it was more stressful than it needed to be

I really wanted these to have more of that true barefoot feel, but for me they felt a little stiff underfoot. The shape was decent, so I can see other customers maybe liking them if they want something with a bit more structure, but I didn’t get the flexible, close-to-the-ground feel I was expecting. For everyday walking, they were a bit disappointing for me.
